Pillboxes were armed with machine-guns of system "Maxim" 1910 year model. Machine-gun was provided of forced water cooling by special tubes, collector of empty cartridge-cases and powder gas. The embrasure on the picture has so called "ball shutting" (tank type) - the modification of 1950th.
